From that point, all through the multiple walk-throughs, the several different offer processes (EMD's, inspections, negotiations, interventions with contractors, etc.) up to the time of our flawless closing, Ms. Dance has acted like we were her only clients, consistently treating us as though she worked for us - exclusively. The professionalism and attention to detail, and the personal concern she exhibited; throughout the lengthy process during which we were privileged to have her as our agent, has been extended beyond the closing. She is even now, still making herself available to help resolve a few lingering issues with some of the work that is needed at my auntie's new home.
